Ashley Futrell Hinkson

Ashley Futrell Hinkson is the founder of Hinkson Law, an Atlanta-based firm advising founders, executives, boards, and employers on complex legal and reputational risk. Her practice spans four areas: Crisis Law PR, Employment, Investigations, and Business Law. Before founding her firm, Ashley served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Northern District of Ohio, an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan DA’s Office, and most recently as a senior vetting attorney on a presidential transition team. She also brings a background in federal legislative work, having served as a Legislative Director for a Member of Congress and as a staffer on the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation. Will Bracker

Will Bracker is a privacy and cybersecurity attorney whose career bridges two worlds most lawyers never touch. Before law school, Will spent two decades in information technology — working hands-on and as a team lead in both in-house and consulting roles, and ultimately moving into cybersecurity. That deep technical foundation is what makes his legal advice distinctive: he understands not just what the law says, but how systems actually work, where they fail, and what it really takes to protect a company’s digital infrastructure. After law school, Will joined his former technology company in-house, advising on privacy and cybersecurity from inside the law and policy team. He early-retired from that role to launch Bracker & Holder with his partner Olivia, where he now counsels businesses across a wide range of industries on cybersecurity programs, incident response planning, risk assessments, breach response, and the legal frameworks surrounding privacy and data protection.
Will is also an adjunct professor at his law school alma mater, where he is helping build out the privacy and cybersecurity law program. He teaches four classes there, including the first experiential course in cybersecurity law in the state of Georgia.
